ESTONIA’S FIRST SEO CONFERENCE
Event Schedule
August 16-18, 2023
Radisson Collection Hotel, Rävala Street 3
18th of August: Official AFTERPARTY at FOTOGRAFISKA at 19:00
Address: Telliskivi 60a-8, Ist floor
We wrap up the SEO Estonia with socials (and lots of drinks) at Fotografiska Bar . An evening filled with music by DJ LOTTA KIRKE, cocktails by Fotografiska bar magicians, and interesting conversations & networking. Doors open at 19:00, and doors close at 03:00.
You can either meet us there or at 18:15 we’ll have a guided tour group for a walk through the Tallinn Old Town, which will finish at Fotografiska.
We are thrilled to extend our warmest welcome to you as you gather here in the picturesque city of Tallinn for Estonia’s inaugural SEO Conference. Over the course of this conference, we have curated a diverse and thought-provoking agenda that promises to deepen your understanding of SEO’s ever-evolving landscape. From expert-led workshops and enlightening keynote speeches to engaging panel discussions, we are confident that you will find yourself immersed in a wealth of transformative ideas.
But it’s not all work and no play! Tallinn, with its rich history, enchanting architecture, and vibrant culture, offers a perfect backdrop for forging new connections and creating lasting memories. We encourage you to explore the cobbled streets, savor the local flavors, and connect with fellow attendees during our networking sessions.
Our conference venue, the esteemed Radisson Collection Tallinn, Ravala Street 3, just a short walk from the historic Old Town. The Conference Centre is located on the II floor of the hotel.
VENUE ACCESSIBILITY
Ravala Street 3
The Radisson Collection Tallinn Conference is easily accessible by various modes of transportation.
For those using public transport, trams and buses regularly connect the venue to key points across the city but we do not recommend using those since most of Tallinn streets are under construction and even the local people don’t understand the public transport system any more.
Taxis and rideshare services are readily available for a convenient and comfortable journey. We recommend downloading the BOLT app that provides scooter rent, taxi and rideshare. To be honest, walking and using scooters are nowadays the most efficient option for transport.
Day 0 -(VIPs, Speakers & Sponsors)
August 16th – Wednesday
Our first official day kicks off with the VIP mastermind which includes all of our Speakers and Sponsors as well.
The mastermind starts at 10 AM so please meet us on the 2nd floor in the conference rooms around 9:30 AM.
We’ll get everyone registered, sort out your name badges, and do a quick briefing on the mastermind format.
Afterwards each group will have a designated meeting room for the actual mastermind.
We will have snacks at the tables and the goal is to finish your mastermind in one go. If you need a break, we’ll have coffee outside and you can discuss this with your group.
The total time allocated for the mastermind is until 3 PM but generally people tend to finish earlier. You’re welcome to hang out there with your group and keep the discussions going or network with the other attendees who may have arrived already.
The Dinner
The VIP & Speakers dinner will be starting at 19:00 in restaurant HÄRG, which is only a three minute walk from the hotel.
Restaurant HÄRG aims to offer the best quality steaks, meats cooked on low temperatures, delicious grill dishes together with super-healthy salads etc. HÄRG was awarded in the 2023 edition of the MICHELIN Guide Estonia.
Entrées will be served on shared plates, main courses will be selected by each guest themselves, and the same with the desserts. We can arrange matched wine pairings as well.

Day 1 – First Official Day + Mastermind
August 17th – Thursday
The registration for the conference is from 9:00-9:50 AM in the main conference room on the second floor.

Our recommendations for lunch spots are:

https://revalcafe.ee/kohvik/ravala/
The Revali cafe, located at Rävala pst 3, is a sunny and spacious place in the heart of the city. With its ideal location and opening hours, the cafe is an ideal location for breakfast, business lunches, and evening get-togethers. The menu offers delicious dishes and an excellent selection of wines. On weekdays, refreshments are provided by the lunch menu offers, which are affordable, healthy, and delicious in every way.
- HÄRG (Maakri 21, 2 min walk)

- VIRU TOIDUTÄNAV / VIRU FOOD HALL (Viru väljak 4, 5 min walk)
https://virukeskus.com/en/news/comprehensive-guide-of-viru-food-hall/
Viru Food Hall is the only place in the center of Tallinn where you can choose between 16 menus featuring different taste worlds. This cozy, but also glamorous place offers among others stone oven pizza, food experiences of Michelin level and tastes from six different ends of the world. Wondering which food to taste?
AFTERPARTIES
To ensure that we can all enjoy spending time together and discuss what we’ve learned/experienced during the conference days, we have organized afterparties for both days.
Participation in these afterparties is free for everyone wearing an SEO ESTONIA 2023 wristband. It’s an ideal opportunity to experience Tallinn and engage with people from both the SEO community and beyond.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
TRAVEL INFORMATION
Tallinn Airport:
Tallinn Airport (Lennart Meri Tallinn Airport) is the main gateway to the city. It offers convenient connections to various international destinations. Taxis, buses, and rideshare services are readily available at the airport for a swift journey to the city center. As is it is a small and cozy airport, it is normal to arrive to the airport only 1.5 hours prior to the flights. It is about 10 min taxi drive from the city centre.
Port of Tallinn:
The Port of Tallinn serves as a vital link for cruise ships and ferries. It’s situated near the city center, allowing easy access to Old Town and other attractions. In case you are arriving/leaving by a ferry we recommend to use taxi since the streets near the port are under construction which makes the surroundings of the port quite hectic. The port is located at the heart of the city but travelling times this summer take longer than usual since of the construction work.
LOCAL CURRENCY AND BANKING
The local currency in Tallinn is the Euro (€). You can easily withdraw Euros from ATMs located throughout the city, and most establishments accept major credit and debit cards for payments. Banking services are accessible, offering currency exchange and financial assistance.
Tipping in Estonia is appreciated but not obligatory. In restaurants and cafes, rounding up the bill or leaving a 5-10% tip is common. Most places, including taxis and shops, accept card payments, making it convenient for visitors to make purchases without needing much cash.
LANGUAGE
Estonian is the official language, but English is widely spoken, especially in tourist areas.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is a Mastermind Event?
In our masterminds you’ll be strategically placed in a group of 4-5 people based on where you’re at in your business or career.
The goal of the mastermind is to walk the rest of the group through your business and the key problems you’re trying to solve.
Other members will be asking questions to try and get to the root of the issue and provide their experiences and advice to help break through this. They will also serve as accountability partners.
You’ll have a safe, open space to discuss your biggest problems and hopefully, leave with actionable takeaways and new connections.
Historically these have been the most valuable events for both ourselves and tons of others in the industry.
