Statement on Participation
SEO Estonia Conference is a professional event focused on search engine optimization, affiliate marketing, and digital growth. The conference brings together industry professionals, speakers, exhibitors, sponsors, and attendees from around the world.
Due to the scale and open nature of the conference, the Organizer does not individually vet or verify every participant, exhibitor, sponsor, or attendee.
Participation in the SEO Estonia Conference does not constitute endorsement, certification, or verification of any person, company, product, or service by the Organizer.
All attendees are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence before entering into business relationships or financial transactions with other participants.
The Organizer assumes no responsibility for business dealings, claims, or representations made by any attendee, exhibitor, sponsor, or third party associated with the conference.
The conference is intended to provide a professional environment for networking, education, and collaboration.
Terms and Conditions
1. Definitions
“Attendee” means any individual attending the Event with a valid Ticket.
“Event” means the SEO Estonia Conference and related networking activities held in Tallinn, Estonia.
“Organizer”, “we”, “us” or “our” refers to Lavii Marketing OÜ, a company registered in Estonia.
“Purchaser” means the individual or entity purchasing a Ticket.
“Ticket” means the right granted by the Organizer to attend the Event.
“Venue” means the premises where the Event takes place.
“Terms” means these Terms and Conditions.
2. Ticket Purchase and Entry
2.1 Purchase of a Ticket constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
2.2 Ticket prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.
2.3 Tickets must be paid in full prior to entry to the Event.
2.4 Attendee’s name and email count as a Ticket at the entry.
2.5 Attendees must present valid identification upon request at registration.
2.6 Tickets and attendee badges may not be shared, duplicated, transferred, or resold without prior written approval from the Organizer.
2.7 The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to any person who cannot produce a valid Ticket.
3. Conduct at the Event
3.1 Attendees must behave professionally and respectfully toward other participants.
3.2 The Organizer reserves the right to deny entry or remove any attendee who engages in disruptive behavior, harassment, illegal activity, or conduct that harms the safety or reputation of the Event.
3.3 Removal from the Event for misconduct will not entitle the attendee to a refund.
3.4 Unauthorized promotional activities may result in removal from the Event.
3.5 Attendees may not host events falsely claiming association with the SEO Estonia Conference without written approval.
3.6 Excessively promotional outfits or mascots designed to draw undue attention to a brand are prohibited unless approved.
4. Code of Conduct
4.1 SEO Estonia is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and professional environment.
4.2 Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
4.3 Attendees who violate this Code of Conduct may be removed from the Event without refund.
5. Anti-Poaching and Recruitment Policy
5.1 The SEO Estonia Conference is intended for networking and professional exchange.
5.2 Attendees may not actively recruit employees or contractors from other participating companies in a disruptive manner during the Event.
6. Transfers and Refunds
6.1 Tickets are non-refundable except at the sole discretion of the Organizer. We have a 100% no questions asked refund policy on all purchases up to 60 days before the event.
6.2 Tickets will not be refunded due to travel issues, visa issues, illness, or inability to attend.
6.3 The Organizer may allow a ticket transfer to another individual prior to the Event, subject to approval.
7. Event Changes, Postponement or Cancellation
7.1 The Organizer reserves the right to alter the Event schedule, program, speakers, venue, format, or specifications where necessary.
7.2 The Organizer may cancel, postpone, relocate, or otherwise alter the Event where circumstances arise beyond reasonable control.
7.3 The Organizer retains sole discretion to determine whether circumstances justify cancellation, postponement, or alteration of the Event.
7.4 The Organizer will use reasonable efforts to continue the Event at an alternate venue or schedule where possible.
7.5 The Organizer shall not be liable for cancellations, postponements, delays, or alterations resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control.
7.6 The Organizer will notify ticket holders of cancellations or postponements as soon as reasonably practicable.
7.7 If the Event is postponed within eighteen (18) months, tickets remain valid for the rescheduled date.
7.8 If postponed more than eighteen (18) months but less than twenty‑four (24) months, ticket holders may apply the ticket to the rescheduled event.
7.9 If postponed more than twenty‑four (24) months, ticket holders may terminate their participation agreement.
7.10 The Organizer shall not be liable for travel, accommodation, visa costs, or personal expenses related to Event changes.
7.11 The Organizer may update these Terms from time to time, with the latest version published on the website.
8. Insurance and Liability
8.1 The Organizer excludes liability for indirect or consequential losses including loss of profits or business opportunities.
8.2 The Organizer is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property brought to the Venue.
8.3 Attendees participate at their own risk.
8.4 Attendees are responsible for damage caused to the Venue or Event property.
8.5 Attendees agree to hold the Organizer harmless from claims arising from participation in the Event.
9. Exhibitors, Sponsors and Third‑Party Services
9.1 The Organizer does not guarantee claims made by exhibitors or sponsors and accepts no responsibility for agreements or transactions between participants.
10. Food and Beverage
10. 1 Food and beverages may not be brought into the Venue without prior approval.
10.2 Alcohol consumption must comply with applicable laws and venue policies.
11. Photography, Media and Recording
11.1 By attending the Event, you acknowledge that photography, video recording, and audio recording may occur.
11.2 You grant the Organizer the right to use your image and likeness in promotional materials worldwide without compensation.
12. Artificial Intelligence and Content Use
12.1 Conference content may not be used to train artificial intelligence systems or machine learning models without written consent from the Organizer and the speaker.
13. Data Protection (GDPR)
13.1 The Organizer processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Estonian law.
13. 2 Attendees have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict their personal data and may contact the Organizer regarding such requests.
14. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
14.1 If a purchaser initiates a payment chargeback, the Organizer may cancel the associated Ticket and recover administrative costs.
15. Entire Agreement
15.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Organizer and attendees.
16. Governing Law
16. 1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.
