We run two separate masterminds:

VIP Mastermind (July 9th — VIP ticket holders and speakers only). This is a full-day private event. You’ll have your own time to discuss your current SEO and AI search challenges with other high-level SEO professionals and the conference speakers. We provide coffee and refreshments, you bring your challenge and an open mind to think along with others. It’s an intimate, high-level problem-solving day.

Group Mastermind (July 10th — Deluxe and VIP ticket holders). We put together teams of up to 6 people. Everyone brings a challenge to the table and you have two hours to work through problems together, offering solutions and helping each other. Historically these have been the most valuable events for both ourselves and tons of others in the industry.

It depends on your nationality. If you are a citizen of the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA), you do not need a visa to enter Estonia.

However, if you are a citizen of a non-EU/EEA country, you may need a visa. You can check the visa requirements for your specific situation on the website of the Estonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs or consult with the Estonian embassy or consulate in your country.

Yes, we have a 100% no questions asked refund policy on all purchases up to 60 days before the event. If you can’t make it for some reason, please contact support@seoestonia.com. Please note that we are unable to process refunds after May 9th, 2026.

Life happens – if for some reason you’re unable to attend the event, you’ll be able to transfer the ticket to someone else. Please contact us to make this happen.

Please note that once your name badge has already been printed out, the ticket cannot be transferred anymore.

Prefer a Different Vibe? Tallinn is a famously walkable city with a massive variety of accommodation styles. If you’d prefer to stay in a medieval merchant house or a modern loft in the heart of the city, there are hundreds of fantastic options within a 10–20 minute walk of the venue.
