June 12th – Wednesday
Day 0: VIP Mastermind & Community Day + VIP Boat Party
Our first day kicks off with the VIP mastermind which is available to VIP ticket holders, all of our speakers, and sponsors. We’ll hand-match the groups for this to ensure you get the most value out of this.
VIP Masterminds start at 09:30 AM at Hilton Tallinn Park conference floor with a quick brief by Kyle Roof.
Each hand-matched group will have designated meeting room where the actual mastermind takes place. The mastermind includes snacks at the tables and coffee.
The total time allocated for the mastermind is until 3 PM.
If you finish earlier, you’re welcome to hang out there with your group and keep the discussions going or network with the other attendees.
Community Day
The Community Day is a new addition to the conference. If you didn’t have the chance to get a VIP ticket, you’ll have the chance to organize your own meetups during this time.
All attendees will be using our conference app, Whova, which make it super easy to host your own meetups, workshops, or adventures around the city. If you’d like to host an event, you can also get help from our team to find the right venue for what you’re planning to do.

Speakers & VIP Boat Party – Pirates of the SEO Sea
This year we’ve rented out a boat for the VIP & Speakers dinner.
We’ll get comfy on a massive 3-story yacht and have a cruise on the Tallinn Bay, where we’ll have time to network, enjoy the city’s best (rum) cocktails, and gourmet snacks.
To spice things up we’ll have an amazing the world’s best oyster opener serving oysters and champagne, and a ton of other fun activities to keep you entertained.
As a great benefit the party takes place during Estonia’s “exotic” white nights period, with darkness arriving late and lasting only for a few hours.
The boat departs at 7:30 PM, estimated time of arrival at 11:00 PM.

This is the time to come collect your badge and wristband, grab a coffee, and do some networking before we get started.

Pub Crawl
After the conference it’s time to embark on an exhilarating journey through the cobbled streets and medieval charm of Tallinn’s Old Town with our Pub Crawl experience.
As dusk falls, join fellow SEO Estonia adventurers and local guides for an unforgettable evening of exploration and revelry.
Make sure to bring your fully charged phones along. We’ve got a special app ready that’ll take you on a tour of Tallinn Old Town.
We’ve handpicked various activities & bars, so there’s something for everyone, not just only the big pub enthusiasts.
Throughout the evening, you’ll be collecting points on the app by visiting different spots and solving tasks on the Old Town map.
The final stop of our pub crawl is a secret speakeasy bar where we can all gather, share our day’s experiences, enjoy cocktails, and dance to the DJ’s top picks.

The Hilton Park Hotel is easily accessible by various modes of transportation.
For those using public transport, trams and buses regularly connect the venue to key points across the city.

It depends on your nationality. If you are a citizen of the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA), you do not need a visa to enter Estonia.
However, if you are a citizen of a non-EU/EEA country, you may need a visa. You can check the visa requirements for your specific situation on the website of the Estonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs or consult with the Estonian embassy or consulate in your country.

Life happens – if for some reason you’re unable to attend the event, you’ll be able to transfer the ticket to someone else. Please contact us to make this happen.
Please note that once your name badge has already been printed out, the ticket cannot be transferred anymore.
